Job Title: Senior Applications Engineer

Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage our enterprise applications, including Compulaw, Docusign, IntApp Conflicts/Intake/Terms, Litera Desktop Suite, Research Monitor, ViDesktop, and Workday.
  • Specialize in iManage user experience, including features, configurations, usability, improvements, and understanding user needs.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve user productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with our Practice Innovation & Legal Solutions team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on application performance and capacity.
  • Collaborate with our QA team to develop and implement testing scripts and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture, Windows Server, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
