Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Contracts Associate to join our Planning, Design and Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and drafting construction contracts, as well as providing expert guidance and consultation to internal and external constituents regarding contract management and related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and revising construction contracts
  • Drafting new construction contracts
  • Negotiating with vendors and contractors
  • Providing training and support to project managers and other team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Three years of experience in contract management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
