About the Position: As a Construction Contracts Associate, you will work closely with the Planning, Design and Construction team to review and revise construction contracts. You will also be responsible for providing expert guidance and consultation to internal and external constituents on contract management and related matters. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all construction contracts are compliant with University Rules and regulations, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and revise construction contracts to ensure compliance with University Rules and regulations
  • Negotiate and draft new construction contracts, as well as prepare notices to proceed, renewals, amendments, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Support the pay application process and coordinate with internal and external parties as necessary

Salary: The annual salary for this position is $80,000. However, it's worth noting that salaries can vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
