**Account Manager**

About the Role:

The Account Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to drive growth and profitability. This role involves coordinating sales distribution, managing sales territories, and setting goals to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and providing marketing materials and product information.
  • Retailer knowledge of multiple product lines, effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers and offering tailored solutions to expand relationships and meet their objectives.
  • Facilitate and participate in contract negotiations, utilizing negotiation skills and knowledge to close agreements that maximize profits and meet business goals.
  • Coordinate sales distribution, manage sales territories, and set goals to drive performance, identifying opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, paint, and finishing, with RV industry experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Power BI are preferred.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required, and an Associate degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
