We are a dynamic staffing agency specializing in temporary and direct-hire placement services. Our client operates within the RV and Solar industry and is seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with dealers and OEMs, as well as cold calling potential clients to drive new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with dealers and OEMs.
  • Cold call potential clients to drive new business.
  • Travel to tradeshows and meet with dealers and OEMs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, particularly NetSuite.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of $75,000/year.
