Job Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new customers in North America, with a focus on the United States.
  2. Coordinate activities to increase revenues in your defined sales territory.
  3. Incorporate, orchestrate, and leverage resources like Business Development Representatives, Presales Engineers, Management, and other supporting capacities.
  4. Plan and execute marketing activities in close cooperation with Marketing.
  5. Detailed sales forecasting using Salesforce.
  6. Collaborate on the further improvement of processes, strategies, and structures.
Requirements
  • Degree in business, economics, or comparable academic education.
  • Several years of experience in direct sales, ideally in fast-growing, SaaS organizations, preferably in the corporate treasury space.
  • Proven success in sales, especially in winning new customers.
  • Performance-oriented and highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, communicate confidently at an executive level, and close large enterprise deals.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and precise communication, internally and externally.
