Core Responsibilities
This role supports the objectives of the Office of the Registrar by performing essential functions to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of student records.
- Processing requests for enrollment status certification.
- Handling academic transcript requests.
- Managing course scheduling requests and updates.
- Retrieving specific student-related information as needed.
- Keeping a log of requests and actions taken.
- Responding to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Participating in university-wide registration activities.
- Coordinating the maintenance of academic records.
- Entering, updating, and retrieving information from databases.
- Providing support to various office units as required.
- Assisting in the coordination of student employee assignments.
- Offering reception services to students and clients.
- Acting as a liaison with schools/colleges to address academic record issues.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position requires on-campus presence five days a week, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- Two to three years of relevant experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
Compensation Information
Expected Salary Range: $45,455 - $50,000
