Job Title: Trademark Records Coordinator

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Trademark Records Coordinator to join our Trademark and Copyright practice group. This role will assist and support our growing trademark portfolio management practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor procedures for prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Coordinate records department requests, including active and inactive files, pickups, pulling and delivery of files
  • Transfer, retrieve, and deliver requested materials from off-site storage locations
  • Provide regular updates on workflow issues
  • Track distribution and completion of file requests
  • Input data into Records Management Databases
  • Maintain and organize assigned files, including preparation of those to be warehoused
  • Ensure client files are maintained and retained in a manner consistent with Firm policies and procedures
  • Perform regular inventory scans to update file locations in Records Management Databases
  • Perform daily administrative functions relative to the management and maintenance of client files
  • Ensure the records center is well organized
  • Interact with attorneys, administrators, and staff at all levels, as needed
  • Liaise with outside vendors, as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Experience using Document Management Software (iManage Work, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize work
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals with differing opinions and diverse personalities
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $90,732.50. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits.
