Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manufacturing methodologies for automotive systems.
- Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to assess production needs and devise solutions that align with cost, quality, and performance benchmarks.
- Perform feasibility assessments and cost evaluations to determine the practicality of new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
- Spot opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and productivity increases through ongoing assessment and refinement.
- Oversee initiatives to introduce new machinery, tools, and automation technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Create and uphold documentation, including process specifications, operational guidelines, and standard procedures.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years in production engineering or a similar role.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, machinery, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills paired with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks pertinent to production settings.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methodologies.
