Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manufacturing methodologies for automotive systems.
  • Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to assess production needs and devise solutions that align with cost, quality, and performance benchmarks.
  • Perform feasibility assessments and cost evaluations to determine the practicality of new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and productivity increases through ongoing assessment and refinement.
  • Oversee initiatives to introduce new machinery, tools, and automation technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum of 2 years in production engineering or a similar role.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, machinery, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks pertinent to production settings.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methodologies.
