We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities, collaborating with medical staff and residents to create personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Monitor and review patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Train and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Document patient medical interventions and histories accurately and efficiently
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $50-$62
- Payment on a weekly or daily basis
- Eligibility for health, vision, and dental benefits
