Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop personalized care plans

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making

Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted state RN license
- 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
