Job Summary

Eliada Homes Inc is seeking a dedicated Family Partner to join our team. As a Family Partner, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director to provide structured, strength-based interventions to parents and caregivers of youth with emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower parents and caregivers to effectively navigate the child-serving systems and access community resources.
  • Participate in critical committees to provide a family perspective on policies and procedures.
  • Attend Child Family Teams and treatment teams with caregivers, assisting in preparing and debriefing families for these meetings.
  • Assist families in addressing barriers to spending time with their child in the facility or at home.
  • Coach caregivers on effective strategies to explain their needs and preferences and advocate for their child's needs.
  • Teach coping and problem-solving skills, supporting families in using crisis/safety plans.
  • Ensure the provision of quality services to clients and their parent/guardians.
  • Adhere to agency policies regarding confidentiality of student information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university preferred and one year of experience working with the target population.
  • Valid driver's license, available to work evenings and weekends, computer skills, and typing/data entry competence.

Work Environment:

FULL TIME ON-SITE ROLE in Asheville, NC.
