Position Overview:


We are seeking a Technical Lead with robust technical and analytical capabilities, a proven track record of anticipating technical challenges, and proficiency in developing applications across various platforms and products, particularly using ERP systems like Infor FSM Application. The successful candidate will have experience in designing workflows and events within an ERP framework.

This role involves guiding the team in functional setups and creating functional design specifications for Finance and Supply Chain. Proficiency in integrating applications between Infor FSM and HxGN EAM products or third-party applications is essential. A comprehensive understanding of functional specifications and the ability to design technical specifications is required. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging is crucial. Familiarity with APIs, message processing, and integration is also expected.

Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in the software development lifecycle, delivery, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprints/Scrum Life Cycles, etc.) to actively participate in Agile ceremonies as necessary. A solid understanding of Azure DevOps applications is essential, along with excellent documentation and presentation skills throughout various business cycle stages. Knowledge of industries such as Energy, Utilities, Gas, and Retail Management is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
- Execute coding assignments with minimal guidance.
- Identify functional gaps, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions.
- Manage issues effectively, present solutions, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Analysts and Technical Consultants to deliver technical solutions while managing expectations with business and product peers.
- Provide comprehensive support for Finance and Supply Chain management operations.
- Exhibit strong analytical, verbal/written communication, time management, critical thinking, detail-oriented, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


As a Technical Point & Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific business domains, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions. This includes performing technical setups and creating technical design specifications for Finance and Supply Chain modules, such as:
- Finance: Accounts Payables, Invoice Management, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Billing, Cash Management
- Supply Chain: Inventory Controls, Customer Order Management, Purchase Order Management, EDI - Electronic Data Interchange, Warehouse Management and Processing, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Requisition Processing.

There may be assignments related to Electric Utilities emergencies and storm roles, which require participation during storms and other emergencies to restore power or address issues affecting customer service. This role may necessitate after-hours work outside of the normal schedule.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant work experience or 10+ years of related experience.
- Significant experience in software development with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, and C# is a plus.
- Experience with INFOR ERP – EAM / FSM is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with API / Microservices architecture implementation and Cloud – Azure App Services.
- Proficiency in standard development tools, such as IntelliJ, is essential.
- A passion for shaping the future through digital technology and a curiosity about the latest technologies, trends, and standards.
- Ability to adapt to rapid technological and business changes while maintaining enthusiasm and sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop technology solutions that address business challenges swiftly.
- Capability to collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve critical issues during product development.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in relevant technology or industry areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various functional domains and technologies.
- Working knowledge of ERP-based systems.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to configure development and test environments independently.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
