Position Overview:

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Lead Project Teams:
Direct the implementation of transit, aviation, and diverse public and private sector initiatives.

Coordinate Construction Documentation:

Work in conjunction with the architectural design team to plan, execute, and ensure that construction documentation meets both office and client specifications.


Collaborate with Engineering Disciplines:
Synchronize architectural efforts with internal engineering teams and external consultants.

Client Engagement:
Participate in client presentations and progress meetings to clearly convey design objectives and technical specifications.

Maintain Consistency:
Prepare and align architectural details with team members to ensure adherence to project design objectives and office/client standards.

Utilize Revit Software:
Conduct project setup, drawing layout, modifications, and reviews using Revit software.

Estimate Work Efforts:
Assist in formulating work effort estimates for architectural services in proposals.

Project Management:
Provide consistent updates to project managers regarding compliance with schedule and budget for architectural services.

Mentorship of Junior Staff:
Guide junior architects and designers, assisting them with technical objectives in line with project management and design principles.

Problem Resolution:
Create solutions for intricate technical challenges.

Comprehensive Project Preparation:

Develop program analyses, life safety code evaluations, conceptual designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic designs, design developments, construction drawings, and project specifications.
