Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Field Management Lead to join our team at 360 Painting of Little Rock. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of field technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and quality results. You will also be responsible for maintaining company vehicles and equipment, collecting payments from customers, and completing necessary administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field technicians to complete jobs efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment
  • Collect payments from customers
  • Complete necessary administrative paperwork
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the painting industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $65,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonus up to $15,000 per year

  • Training & development: Up to $500 per year for courses and certifications

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
