**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife systems.

About the Job

This is a field-based position located in Little Rock, AR with coverage for Memphis, TN, Little Rock, AR, and backup for central Mississippi. Candidates must reside in the Little Rock, AR area or be willing to relocate to that geographical area.

The Field Service Engineer position involves:

  • Providing on-site and remote technical support for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife customers.
  • Managing and resolving customer equipment issues.
  • Requesting further resources as needed to quickly resolve problems.

Key Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, installation, and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment.
  • Strong system-level troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong computer skills with an understanding of basic networking.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $58,500 - $80,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
