Operations Coordinator

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reconn Utility Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and tracking assets, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies. If you have excellent project management skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track all assets, including vehicles, GPS units, computers, phones, locating equipment, and supplies, in coordination with the Purchasing and Supplier Manager and the Fleet and Cap Asset Manager.
- Support building warehouse requirements and hazardous waste control.
- Provide general administrative support to the District Manager.
- May provide computer support and manage the distribution of prints to supervisors and locate technicians, and travel to field locations to support Operations, as needed.
Requirements
- Inventory tracking experience preferred.
- Locating industry experience preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Be computer proficient with basic knowledge of computer hardware preferred.
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
