Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve managing phone calls and communication, processing memberships and locker assignments, handling finances, and supporting the coaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls and communication with the Race Director and coaching staff
  • Process new and old memberships, locker assignments, and handle finances
  • Support the coaching staff with secretarial needs
  • Manage the Innkeeper Series and attend management training sessions
  • Assist with department needs during competitive events
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency with spreadsheet knowledge
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to use The Split Second Timing System and assist with competitive events
  • Familiarity with the NASTAR System and competitive programs
  • Commitment to guest service and ability to ski or snowboard at an advanced level
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certifications/Diplomas/Prerequisites:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
Compensation:

The expected pay range for this position is $27.00 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
