Unit Overview:


The Lead Manager, Audio Visual Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance and experience of audio-visual and technical services across various venues, ensuring high-quality AV support.

This role also encompasses providing comprehensive audio-visual and IT assistance to multiple dining and recreational facilities.

The Lead Manager, Audio Visual Operations reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all AV and IT requirements for hospitality services, including event setup and breakdown, as well as tenant transitions and general support for clients and attendees.

2. Collaborate with event coordinators and operational teams to guarantee smooth AV and IT execution during events, addressing client inquiries and special requests as needed.

3. Ensure reliable and secure high-speed internet access throughout all areas, including the arrangement of customer Wi-Fi networks and configurations.

4. Identify and present opportunities for upselling and enhancements during the planning stages to generate additional revenue.


5. Maintain all audio-visual equipment, such as sound systems, projectors, screens, and lighting, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for events and daily operations. This includes regular inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs with vendors as necessary.

6. Organize specialized AV services beyond standard on-site offerings as required.

7. Coordinate with network maintenance and managed Wi-Fi vendors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

8. Cultivate a positive work atmosphere and provide leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and members.

9. Oversee the functionality of access controls and credentials.

10. Ensure the effective operation of golf simulators and coordinate necessary repairs.

11. Assist in maintaining the functionality of the building app and work with management to implement continuous improvements.

12. Step in to fulfill operational roles in areas where staffing is incomplete or when backfilling is necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Basic Management Experience: 3 years.

- Basic Functional Experience: 3 years in audio-visual or technical support or a related field.
