We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Audio Visual and Technical Operations to join our team at Sodexo. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in audio visual and technical services, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audio Visual and IT Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of all audio visual and IT services for our hospitality features, including Northstar 8 and the Skyboxes.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with event planners and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events, addressing any client concerns and special requests.
  • Network Maintenance: Ensure ongoing operability of high-speed and secure internet throughout all areas, arranging customer Wi-Fi subnetworks, SSIDs, and other client arrangements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and lighting, are well-maintained and fully operational for events and daily use.
  • Specialty AV Services: Arrange occasional specialty AV beyond the built-in on-site features.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with network maintenance, managed Wi-Fi, and other vendors to ensure customer service and satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance ensuring exceptional hospitality and service delivery to clients, attendees, and members.
  • Access Control and Credentials: Ensure intended operability of access controls and credentials.
  • Golf Simulator Operations: Ensure the ongoing training and operability of golf simulators and coordinate any necessary repairs.
  • Building App Operations: Assist in ensuring the ongoing operability of the building app and collaborate with Owner to continuously enhance.
  • Operational Support: Step-in to fulfill operational tasks and duties in areas where employees have not yet been hired or when backfilling is required.
