Key Responsibilities:

The Express Service Technician is responsible for servicing vehicles as directed by management, adhering to all established protocols and procedures. This includes tasks such as rotating tires, conducting multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. The technician will check oil levels, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield washer fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. Our commitment is to deliver top-notch service while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Additional automotive training and/or experience in automotive repair is advantageous. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong willingness to complete tasks efficiently are essential. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and should exhibit a positive demeanor, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the capability to provide exceptional customer service. State certification as an inspector is a plus.
