Job Title: Medical Specialist in Neonatal Care

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist in Neonatal Care to join our team at Alumni Healthcare Staffing. This is a unique opportunity to work with a Level 2 NICU in Hickory, NC, and contribute to the exceptional care of neonatal patients.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and travel assistance.

Job Description:
Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology-NC
The selected candidate will oversee the care of neonatal patients in a Level 2 NICU, working closely with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. The role requires 24-hour restricted on-call duties, with shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM EST. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in neonatal care or related field
