Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $$95,000, $20,000 Sign on Bonus with two-year commitment, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, paid time off, extended illness bank package, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, 401(k) matching, and employee assistance program.

About the Role

This 20-bed unit offers collaborative scheduling and has a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio. We are seeking experienced nurses who can perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment. Essential functions include documenting patient care, monitoring and recording patient condition, communicating with care team and physician, assisting patients with activities of daily living, collaborating across disciplines for patient care coordination, evaluating learning needs, and providing patient education.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire, ACLS and PALS within six months of hire, one year of experience preferred, and ASLS certification preferred.
