Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Analyst to play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by delivering innovative solutions across the US Oncology network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify digital transformation opportunities and develop strategic plans to scale digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure solutions align with the company's goals and enhance practice operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that are user-friendly, meet regulatory requirements, and integrate seamlessly with existing technology ecosystems.
  • Serve as a liaison between practices, IT, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project goals, status updates, and outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, system architecture, AI, IoTs, and integration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience, and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. $102,800 - $171,300
