Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of event webpages, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Personalize marketing email automation tactics, including drip campaigns, list segmentations, and email copy strategy, to drive conversions and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Plan, prepare, manage, and execute scheduled in-person marketing events, showcasing our brand and products.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and support webinars or other live video events, engaging with our audience and building brand awareness.
  • Lead marketing operations on SNP's toolset, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Optimizely, and Ring Central, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to written content and copy for multiple marketing asset types, showcasing our brand voice and messaging.
  • Evaluate event and content success, implementing lessons learned to drive future growth and improvement.
  • Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business management, or communications.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign, and event management.
  • Brings strategy to email marketing efforts and creative new ideas to nurture the lead lifecycle journey.
  • Evidence of producing entertaining and/or informative social media content, video in particular.
  • Understands search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel in support of marketing events and in-person QBRs when required.
