GenAI Solutions Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our AWS Industries team as a GenAI Solutions Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of frontier AI/ML models to solve challenges across healthcare and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage functional project requirements and documentation, roadmap, internal & external dependencies, timeline, market sizing, and business modeling
- Act as a project champion to onboard partners and customers, driving activities that promote solutions and gather input from customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to enable delivery of new solutions and develop complimentary goals, tracking and metrics
- Apply domain and technical expertise to anticipate challenges, remove blockers, and accelerate industry work
The AWS Healthcare and Life Science Strategic Industries organization works across global enterprises to deliver technology that accelerates science, speeds drug development, and improves healthcare delivery.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare life sciences industry
- 5+ years of industry-relevant technology experience
- Expertise in applied AI/ML
- Market and business development or prior founder experience
- Advanced degree in healthcare or life sciences

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
