Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows-based devices to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services to ensure seamless functionality and security.
- Administer and support a large Google-based environment, including Google Workspace and Chromebooks, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide technical support and training for Apple MAC and iOS devices to ensure our clients are equipped with the latest technology.
- Manage and respond to tickets via ZenDesk to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position located onsite at our client's office. As a member of our IT team, you will work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive technical support and assistance to our clients. The general schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. While after-hours and weekend work is rare, it may be necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk role, with a working knowledge of the technologies listed above.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of organizational skills.
- Experience working in an education environment is a plus, as is industry-standard IT certification.
