Federal Account Executive, SI

We're seeking a seasoned Federal Account Executive to spearhead our relationships with major federal agencies. As a key member of our Major Accounts team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Abnormal Security solutions to federal agencies, with a focus on overachieving new annual recurring revenue quota
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Major Accounts to drive pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion sales opportunities
- Document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems
- 8+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in federal systems integrators
- Proven performer with consistent over-quota performance and/or top 5% of sales org
- Technically competent, with conversance in key areas such as security, email, cloud, AI, etc.
- Cybersecurity software sales experience, with a focus on subscription software/SaaS sales to CISOs and security personnel
- Start-up experience, with success at a company that was early stage, underdog, or new entrant with large competitors
