Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Dasco HME LLC. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services for patients and referrals, including order processing, delivery of equipment, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services for patients and referrals, including timely and accurate order processing, prompt delivery of equipment, and related follow-up.
  • Prepare orders for timely and accurate billing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Support and/or manage branch operation functions, including inventory, records-keeping, and office maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Six months' experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service role preferred.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a home or professional office environment and spends some time in a warehouse setting.
