Position Overview: Apogee Engineering is currently in search of a dedicated Program Management Analyst to provide essential support to the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver programmatic analysis support for the National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) and assist in the development of the fiscal year NLCC Program Tracking Report (PTR).
  • Provide executive-level administrative and business management assistance to the leadership of the Systems Engineering and Integrations Division, including the consolidation and refinement of standard reports.
  • Support the NEC SE&I Division in achieving its objectives by proposing and facilitating the execution of strategic communication plans, enhancing workforce readiness, optimizing business processes, and monitoring product delivery.
  • Compile a comprehensive report summarizing the NEC SE&I Division's accomplishments and key performance indicators from the previous year.
  • Develop the NEC SE&I Division Annual Achievement Report, detailing leadership vision, mission statements, success stories, statistics, profiles, accomplishments by lines-of-effort (LOE), future plans, staff listings, and acknowledgments.
  • Monitor program processes and controls, review and track performance metrics, and create and present reports based on analytical findings.

Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI Eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program analysis, process tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with NC3 systems is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and execute tasks independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
