Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of rental unit files, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Coordinate reservations, check-in, and check-out of rental trucks, including thorough physical inspections.
  • Manage rental customer lists, credit files, and insurance certificates, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Process lease customer mileage reports, obtain end-of-month mileage readings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and print proposals for the sales department, supporting business development efforts.

Benefits and Qualifications:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $18.00 to $23.00, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
