The Rental Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Rush Enterprises team, responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental fleet and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of rental unit files, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Coordinate reservations, check-in, and check-out of rental trucks, including thorough physical inspections.
- Manage rental customer lists, credit files, and insurance certificates, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Process lease customer mileage reports, obtain end-of-month mileage readings, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and print proposals for the sales department, supporting business development efforts.
Benefits and Qualifications:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $18.00 to $23.00, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.
