About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Albano Systems, Inc. as an Agile Team Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating Scrum teams in various functions by fostering Agile values and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and improve efficiency through Agile methodologies.
  • Drive release readiness activities and support deployment.
  • Coach teams to become more independent and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate and escalate risks and issues to appropriate levels.
  • Coordinate work intake and flow to optimize delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Digital technology or project management fields.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in P&C, API, or Digital.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Kanban.
  • Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools, such as Rally.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile techniques, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven development, Automated Testing, Burndown metrics, velocity.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individuals with demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority demands.
