Job Summary

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to meet business objectives
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success
    • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to address potential risks and issues
  • Team Management and Leadership
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, or Kanban
    • Proficiency in project management tools, such as PPM, Microsoft Office Suite, and diagramming tools
    • Ability to translate technical and design tasks into project plans and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • PMP certification
    • 3+ years of leadership experience in project management
    • Experience with web management content systems, such as SiteCore
    • Exposure to various technology platforms and services, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, Power Platform, ForgeRock, and Google Analytics
