We are seeking a Territory Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at HomeFix. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's growth and success.

As a Territory Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting pre-set appointments with pre-qualified prospects or existing customers in the Maryland, Metro DC area. Your primary goal will be to present our products and services, lead product demonstrations, and close deals. You will also attend weekly team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of competitiveness, and the ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. If you are self-motivated, determined, and eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year (average first-year compensation)
