Job Title: Corporate Counsel, Infrastructure

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel, Infrastructure to join our global legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day advice on health and safety compliance issues, monitor and advise the business of upcoming regulatory changes, and develop and improve policies and procedures.

About the Role:
  • Provide legal counsel and support for health and safety and regulatory compliance matters
  • Work closely with AWS's global health and safety team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
Requirements:
  • J.D. degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
  • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in health and safety or regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Combination of law firm, in-house, or government experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
