Job Title: Field Support Specialist

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Field Support Specialist will provide critical support to our property management operations by conducting fieldwork, performing property evaluations, and completing assigned tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform property evaluations, including new property assessments, move-out evaluations, and vacant property checks.
  • Examine and document property conditions, identifying needed repairs and maintenance.
  • Work with computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email systems.
  • Be available to the property management team for fieldwork and other tasks.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, reach, and perform other functions as required.
  • Attend staff, training, and other meetings as directed by management.
  • Ensure safety standards are used in compliance with company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
  • Dress in a PURE Property Management-approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a company vehicle in neat and orderly condition, as deemed by management.

Requirements:

  • A general knowledge of maintenance functions, such as basic plumbing, electric, and carpentry.
  • A valid and active CA driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation for daily work duties.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $27-$29 per hour, paid biweekly.
