Position Overview:
The primary role of the Field Office Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Project Team on location.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to and actively promote all Safety policies and procedures, including the reporting of all accidents, incidents, and near misses to uphold our foremost Core Value:

Manage the coordination of material deliveries as instructed. Document labor, equipment, materials, and supply resources. Engage with vendors and subcontractors, including scheduling activities, managing billings, and overseeing back charges. Facilitate payroll submissions and collaborate with the TMC Payroll Department. Gather and digitize all delivery tickets and correspondence. Serve as the primary contact for office equipment support and tenant-related issues. Provide clerical assistance, run errands, and maintain an organized office management system to support the project as needed. Collaborate with HR for the appropriate management of walk-in applicants. Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies. Conduct orientations for new hires as directed.

Qualifications:
A 2-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is required. Experience in construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to various personalities and management styles. A team player with strong interpersonal skills is crucial. The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a team is required. A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary.
