Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing next-generation laser products in a fast-growing, vertically integrated company.
  • The Semiconductor Process Engineer will support advanced semiconductor laser research and development programs and transfer processes to full production under New Product Introduction (NPI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Wafer Fab Processes for fabricating innovative semiconductor lasers in III-V semiconductor materials.
  • Drive innovative solutions for novel process designs to solve fabrication challenges.
  • Design and make CAD drawings of photo masks.
  • Collaborate with Epitaxy, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Equipment Engineering, and NPI Groups.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 6+ years of experience in chemical, material, photonics, electronics, or a related physical sciences field.
  • Experience in process engineering of electronics or photonics devices.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing cleanroom or laboratory environment.
