Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High Voltage Design Engineer to join our team at Mammoth Energy Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in civil/structural transmission line design, who can take on complex projects and contribute to the company's growth.

About the Role
  • This position involves designing and developing high-voltage electrical transmission lines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, including computer applications.
  • We require a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado or California, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop high-voltage electrical transmission lines, considering factors such as safety, efficiency, and environmental impact.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, project management, and business development.
  3. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado or California.
  • 4-8 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in electric transmission line design.
  • Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, MFAD, and other related software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of Project Management techniques and/or Construction methods.
  • Experience in other industries related to Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Interest in or membership in industry organizations (ASCE, IEEE, NESC, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $83,000-$112,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
