Mental Health Director of Weekend Services

About the Role:
The Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health will lead the development and implementation of clinical programs and services for individuals experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness. This role will oversee the management of clinical staff, programs, and services, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services for individuals experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness.
- Oversee the management of clinical staff, programs, and services, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services with other programs and services.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science.
- Five or more years' experience providing services to chronically homeless adult population, mental illness, substance abuse, and chronic health conditions.
- Five or more years' supervisory/management experience in social service setting with staff providing direct services to clients.
- Proven experience in planning and managing clinical programs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive project-related activities.
- Knowledge of relevant state and local regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to manage and lead practice improvement initiatives.
- Strong organization and time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff from various backgrounds.
- Commitment to key principles of Housing First and harm reduction.
