Our Internal Medicine office is in search of a proactive and enthusiastic LPN to become part of our committed healthcare team. The Division of Internal Medicine operates as a patient-centered medical home, dedicated to delivering top-notch care to our patients.

We focus on addressing all aspects of our patients' needs, from medical to psychosocial support. Our division serves patients aged 18 and older in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where teamwork is essential to providing outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately obtain and document patients' vital signs.
2. Record essential components of patients' medical histories.
3. Maintain open and appropriate communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
4. Assist in in-office procedures under the guidance of licensed healthcare providers.
5. Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
6. Perform venipuncture for laboratory blood tests.
7. Handle prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
8. Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
9. Manage inventory of supplies and ensure examination rooms are well-stocked.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. - required
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire - required
- Previous experience in a patient care environment - preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families or colleagues within the workplace.
