About the Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Student Experience Coordinator will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to students within the Khoury College portfolio, aligning with Northeastern's commitment to experiential learning.

This position can be based at either the Boston or Charlotte campus, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days on campus per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and program guidance to students, serving as a liaison to various university resources.
  • Collaborate with instructional support teams to foster student engagement.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance student experience.
  • Organize and participate in live sessions, contributing to their delivery as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data on student success metrics, escalating concerns to program managers.
  • Assist with course registration and manage student orientation processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business writing and project management, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of related student support and/or operations management experience.
