Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Student Services Specialist to join our team at Boston Ballet School. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting student registration and enrollment, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Registration and Enrollment: Assist with the creation, deployment, and processing of student registration materials, maintain student accounts, and update records in our databases.
  • Communications and Customer Service: Provide education-related customer communications, foster positive relationships with families, and maintain sensitivity when dealing with financial issues.
  • School Operations: Work at the front desk, support daily studio administration functions, and coordinate with faculty members to prepare evaluations for students.
  • General Administrative Responsibilities: Assist with shared studio operations, check in and check out students, and provide customer service to families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in arts management, education, or a related field, plus two years of professional work experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with communicating and interacting with people with disabilities, basic accounting and finance skills, and experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a good work ethic, with enthusiasm for arts/dance education and sensitivity towards children.
