Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee water resources and stormwater engineering projects for various governmental clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Executing project work related to stormwater design, compliance, and inspections.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships to foster business growth.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in stormwater management and design.
  • Professional Engineering License in the relevant state is required.
  • Experience with project management and business development is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation and GeoPAK design software is a plus.

  • Complete required training and mentoring for staff development.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting all scope requirements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and professional development.
