- Provide personal care needs to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Observe patients and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Document patient care and observations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Ability to lift, position, and transfer patients
- Willingness to maintain comprehensive working knowledge of information systems and software programs
