Job Overview

HC-Resource is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving financial targets, and fostering a culture of excellence within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and achieve EBITDA targets.
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory control and staff management.
  • Ensure seamless execution of our service model, CHARM, across all guest interactions.
  • Communicate company initiatives and tactics to drive sales and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance evaluations with team members.
  • Identify and implement strategies to retain top talent and improve staff engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Create and delegate daily goals and tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Monitor sales performance, develop strategies to meet sales goals, and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including wage and hour laws, and restaurant filing responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
  • ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set clear goals and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the restaurant.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular attendance and ability to work up to 55 hours per week.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, frequently required to hear, speak, and perform physical tasks.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
