Position Available: Licensed Mental Health Clinician - Adult Services

JFCS is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to provide therapeutic services to adult clients at our various locations. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive intakes and assessments that prioritize a solution-focused and strengths-based approach to address client and family needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based clinical practices to engage formal and informal resources for clients, encompassing transition, discharge, and aftercare planning within the behavioral health system.
  • Provide clinical oversight for coordinating behavioral health services with external agencies, such as Department of Child Safety, Probation/Parole Departments, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, schools, and other providers.
  • Facilitate Adult Family medical, treatment, and management team meetings.
  • Demonstrate respect for clients' unique cultural backgrounds and provide services tailored to their individual needs, ensuring stability and timeliness.
  • Collaborate effectively with JFCS behavioral health and medical staff to ensure the delivery of best practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various external resources and embody a positive, strengths-based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Associate License conferred by the AZBBHE (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT).
  • Independent License conferred by the AZBBHE (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Experience providing direct clinical services to adults in a mental health setting.
