Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized treatment to clients requiring behavioral therapy in various settings.
- Execute treatment objectives under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide constructive feedback on client progress to your supervisor.
- Assist in teaching essential skills such as communication, self-care, and social interactions, aligned with treatment goals.
- Monitor and document client progress and program metrics.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect all patient-related information.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in all tasks and interactions.
- Work autonomously while recognizing the importance of ongoing communication and coordination with management and colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least six months of relevant experience in a healthcare or supportive role.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various assignments daily.

Compensation
Salary Range: USD $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
