Job Title: School Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide essential support for students K-12, helping them with their mental health, education, and learning through assessments, IEPs, and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all student initial and re-evaluations, including student testing.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to elementary students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social issues.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies.
  • Work with students, families, and school staff to address and resolve conflicts and behavioral concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Texas.
Experience:
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist is preferred.
  • Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological assessments and interventions.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, mental health, and education.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Weekly Pay
  • $43-$48+hourly rate. Pay dependent on experience and school district budget.
