School Psychologist Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time, on-site position during the 24/25 school year. As a School Psychologist, you will provide essential support for students K-12, helping them with their mental health, education, and learning through assessments, IEPs, and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all student initial and re-evaluations, including student testing.
- Provide individual and group counseling to elementary students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social issues.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies.
- Work with students, families, and school staff to address and resolve conflicts and behavioral concerns.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist is preferred.
- Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological assessments and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, mental health, and education.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and technology related to psychology and education.
- Weekly Pay
- $43-$48+hourly rate. Pay dependent on experience and school district budget.
